In alignment with this year’s school development plan, our school has participated in the “Classroom Positive Strategies – School-based Teacher Development Programme on Positive Behavior Management Skills” organized by the Education Bureau. The purpose of this Parent Classroom Observation is to help parents understand how to effectively apply the “Genuine, Timely, and Precise Praise” strategy to reinforce positive behavior and character development in children, while also providing parents with a clearer understanding of their children’s learning at school.

To this end, the school has organized N1–K3 Parent Classroom Observations for each grade level, inviting parents to participate by stepping into the classroom and experiencing the joy of learning alongside their children. Through this observation activity, we aim to enhance communication between parents and teachers. We also warmly welcome parents to provide feedback and suggestions, allowing us to continuously improve and enhance the quality of our teaching, ensuring that children learn in a happy and effective environment.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has once again launched the “Little Coffee Bean Children’s Theatre” for kindergarten students in the 2025/26 school year. The school has arranged for K2 students to be led by their class teachers to the ICAC Building during the morning class session to participate in the activity. Through an interactive puppet theatre performance themed around “honesty,” the activity aims to cultivate positive values in young children in an engaging and enjoyable way.

To help young children express their life experiences and emotional states in different contexts, and to enhance their understanding of emotions and their connection to the body, the “Sunshine Children Art Therapy Group” adopts a person-centered art therapy approach. The focus is on creating a safe space where children can use a variety of art materials to create thematic artworks, organize their life experiences, and freely express their personal experiences and emotions within the group.

Each session features a different expression theme, including: self and emotions, family life, school life, and more. Through the use of various art materials, children are guided to create artworks that reflect their self-image and life experiences. The facilitator will also share with children, at appropriate times, the physical reactions associated with different emotions, helping children gradually understand how emotions affect them.

The school has invited professional instructors from SASA MUSICLAND to organize a parent-child activity titled “Musical Storytelling Theatre: The Very Hungry Caterpillar” for children applying for K1 placement in the 2026/27 academic year.

To help teachers and students understand the global impact of climate change, the importance of promoting the “2050 Net Zero Vision,” and acquire knowledge on carbon reduction, the school has invited the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre to present the “2050 Net Zero Vision” Kindergarten Touring Performance – The Carbon Reduction Alliance Saves the Earth (Re-run). Starting from the kindergarten level, the performance aims to educate students on how to practice sustainable carbon reduction in their daily lives—including in daily routines, food, clothing, housing, transportation, and school life—and to bring the carbon reduction knowledge they learn back to their families, working together to contribute to a better future.
