The school is supporting the 2026 “Happy Fruits and Vegetables Month” campaign organized by the Department of Health. Through home-school collaboration, we aim to create an environment that encourages students to eat fruits and vegetables, helping them develop the habit of consuming an adequate amount of fruits and vegetables every day. A four-week “Fruit and Vegetable Diary” reward scheme will also be implemented to cultivate children’s daily fruit and vegetable intake habits, supporting their healthy growth.

To complement the theme “Environmental Protection,” the school has arranged for K2 students to be led by their class teachers during the morning class session to visit Green@Sha Tin. Through engaging learning activities and eco-friendly product workshops, children will learn about waste recycling methods and the benefits of recycling to the environment, fostering an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

The school has invited professional instructors from SASA MUSICLAND to organize a “Parent-Child Movement and Yoga” activity for children who have registered for K1 placement in the 2026/27 academic year.

To help children learn the importance of protecting their own bodies, the school has invited representatives from Plan International Hong Kong to conduct a Theatre Workshop as part of the “Keeping Children Safe School” Support and Commendation Scheme. The instructor will transform into a clown and use the picture book Little Piggy, Got a Problem? to design lively and engaging theatrical activities. Through various tools and interactive sessions, children will be guided to reflect on relatable play scenarios and social situations depicted in the book, learning to discern appropriate boundaries regarding physical contact.

To complement the theme “Environmental Protection,” the school invited the non-profit organization “Watsons Water” to conduct an environmental talk for K2 students. As a key initiative of Go Green Hong Kong, Watsons Water introduced students to the impact of plastic waste on the environment. They learned that plastic waste not only fills up landfills but also ends up in the mountains and along coastlines, causing significant harm to the natural ecosystem. Through this activity, Watsons Water also raised children’s awareness of the plastic waste issue and promoted the use of water dispensers, encouraging them to learn how to reduce plastic waste in their daily lives.
